Meet the Founders

  • Jonathan Croy

    Co-Founder

    Jonathan Croy is an entrepreneur, endurance athlete, and event director dedicated to creating outdoor experiences that leave a lasting impact. Before founding Finish Line Events, he enjoyed an international career as a classical French horn performer, appearing with orchestras and opera companies around the world. Today, he brings that same creativity, precision, and attention to detail to every event. From first-time 5Ks to internationally recognized world-qualifying races, Jonathan is passionate about building welcoming experiences that challenge, inspire, and connect people through adventure.

  • Danny Tate

    Co-Founder

    Danny Tate brings decades of experience in athletics, coaching, and event management to Finish Line Events. A retired professional figure skater and lifelong coach, Danny has dedicated his career to helping athletes perform at their best while leading and directing events with professionalism and care. His passion for creating exceptional participant experiences, combined with years of leadership behind the scenes, helps ensure every Finish Line Events experience is welcoming, organized, and memorable.
